By visiting, accessing, interacting with, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities available for purchase.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order with Firaasah, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or other operational issues.

You are responsible for reviewing your order details before submitting your order.

If we need to change, cancel, or clarify an order, we may contact you using the email address, phone number, or other contact information provided at checkout.

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — CUSTOMIZED AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Customized or personalized products are made according to the customer’s specific design, instructions, or requirements.

Customized orders require advance payment before production begins.

Once production of a customized order has started, the order generally cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded due to:

change of mind;
incorrect size selected by the customer;
dissatisfaction with a design that was approved or supplied by the customer; or
any other preference-related reason after production has started.

However, if a customized item is damaged, defective, incorrectly produced due to an error by Firaasah, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact us and we will review the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 — CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED DESIGNS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

When you submit an image, artwork, photograph, logo, trademark, text, graphic, illustration, or other material for customization, you confirm that:

you own the material; or
you have the necessary permission, license, or legal right to use the material for the requested customization.

You must not submit content that:

infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of any third party;
is illegal or unlawful;
contains harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or prohibited material; or
otherwise violates applicable law.

Firaasah reserves the right to refuse any customization request that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law, third-party rights, or our policies.

By submitting a design for customization, you give Firaasah permission to use that design only as reasonably necessary to produce and fulfill your requested order.

SECTION 6 — PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will normally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Shipping charges and other applicable charges, if any, will be shown during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

Where advance payment is required, production or fulfillment may not begin until payment has been verified.

SECTION 7 — PAYMENT METHODS

Firaasah may offer different payment methods depending on the type of order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible regular orders.

Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery details to help ensure successful delivery.

Customized Orders

Customized or personalized orders require advance payment and are not eligible for Cash on Delivery unless Firaasah expressly agrees otherwise.

Payment options and instructions available at checkout may be updated from time to time.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within Pakistan only, unless otherwise stated.

Our standard shipping rate and estimated delivery time are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by:

courier delays;
public holidays;
weather conditions;
road closures;
remote delivery areas;
incorrect customer information; or
other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active contact number.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Regular products may be eligible for return or exchange subject to the conditions and time limits stated in that policy.

Customized or personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except where they are damaged, defective, incorrectly produced by Firaasah, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through the Firaasah website, including our brand name, logos, graphics, photographs, product images, designs, text, videos, layout, and other content, belongs to Firaasah or is used with permission.

The Firaasah name, logo, branding, and related designs may not be used without our authorization.

Firaasah is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Firaasah.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Firaasah, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Firaasah.

Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and relevant third-party service providers as necessary to operate the store, process orders, provide payments, manage shipping, prevent fraud, and provide related services.

content or designs submitted by you for customization.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

SECTION 23 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If Firaasah does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the policies published on our website, form the agreement governing your use of the Services.

SECTION 24 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Firaasah may transfer or assign its rights and obligations where reasonably necessary in connection with its business operations, subject to applicable law.
