Shipping policy
We currently ship orders within Pakistan only.
Shipping Rate
Standard shipping is charged at Rs. 250 per order unless otherwise stated during a promotion or special offer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
Regular orders are prepared for dispatch after order confirmation.
Customized or personalized T-shirt orders are processed only after the required advance payment has been confirmed. Production time for customized orders may vary depending on the design and order requirements.
Order Confirmation
Customers must provide a correct phone number, email address, and complete delivery address when placing an order. Firaasah or the courier may contact the customer to confirm order or delivery details.
Incorrect or incomplete contact or address information may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible regular orders.
Customized or personalized orders require advance payment and are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.
Tracking
Where tracking information is available, customers will receive order or shipping updates after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, courier delays may occasionally occur. Firaasah is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather, public holidays, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

International Shipping
International shipping is currently not available. We may introduce international delivery in the future.
